Our evaluation services will aid in determining an individual’s interests, abilities, aptitudes and skills to identify vocational strengths, needs, and career potential. A variety of standardized techniques (e.g., formal tests) and non-standardized approaches (e.g., interviews, observations) are used to generate recommendations for vocational development, training and/or employment.
Individuals are assessed through a series of achievement, aptitude, intelligence, functional capacity, interests, personality & work styles tests. Moreover, clients participate in exploration of transferrable skills, placement readiness skills, and computer knowledge skills.
Individuals are assessed through a simulated work setting and/or within the local community. This allows for a hands-on experience and the opportunity for individuals to experience work in a setting similar to their related interests and aspirations. For qualifying clients, comprehensive vocational evaluations may be completed via Telehealth services. An initial screening is required to assess whether virtual testing is appropriate considering specific client needs.
