
Ingrid Morales, M.Ed., CRC, is the founder and Vocational Director of Viva Wellness Center, where she oversees the Vocational Evaluation Department and ensures that all services are delivered with accuracy, quality, and professionalism. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with 10 years of experience conducting Vocational Evaluations and Situational Assessments for individuals served through the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Ingrid holds a Master of Education in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, both from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and has completed advanced training in suicide risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and multiple DCF training programs, including HIPAA, Security Awareness, and services for individuals who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing.
Ingrid is skilled in identifying clients’ strengths, interests, aptitudes, and work-related abilities using high-quality, research-based assessment tools. She is trained in transferable skills analysis, functional considerations, and career exploration strategies that support successful employment outcomes.
At Viva Wellness Center, Ingrid provides comprehensive Vocational Evaluations and Situational Assessments for individuals in Broward and Palm Beach counties. She is dedicated to helping clients gain clarity about their career direction and guiding them to make informed, meaningful decisions about their future. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ingrid is committed to offering individualized, supportive, and empowering services that help clients reach their goals.
